A: yes. You have to contact otterbox. Their case are lifetime guaranteed. You will have to pay your own shipping though

A: Yes. 6 months later mine has severely yellowed. check photos
Q: will this case work on a galaxy s10 5g?
A: No only on the S10+
A: This case is not really that beefy, so for those kinds of falls probably not. There is no screen protector element to it at all. This case is more of a fell-out-of-my-pocket-on-to-a-carpeted-floor level of protection.
Q: Is this hard plastic or soft? Is this case compatible with pop sockets?
A: Yes it is hard plastic and my pop socket works well with it.
