Peter Pan [Signature Collection] [SteelBook] [Blu-ray/DVD] [Only @ Best Buy] [1953]

I’m not giving the overall story of Peter Pan 3 out of 5 stars, I’m giving Best Buy 3 out of 5 stars for the delivery of this movie. This may be petty, but when you order a Disney movie that’s an all time classic, I expect to have the outer case that goes with it. The product is advertised with the outer case, but when you get the actual product, the disc is spinning around inside the plastic case, the collector’s outer cover is missing. This is an awful experience for any collector of these movies. This may not be a big deal to Best Buy and the workers who pull the item off the shelf or from the box in the warehouse, but it’s a big deal for a paying customer. But outside of that, this is the same classic Peter Pan movie from your childhood. A must have since Disney today is only putting out trash and being very political.

Your children will love this movie. Although I saw it as a child many years ago, I just had to revisit it, and its old-style Disney touch brought back many good memories. It makes a wonderful addition to my Walt Disney collection. For good, wholesome family entertainment, this movie is perfect for adults and children alike. The artistry for that day is simply amazing.

These are timeless cultural generational gems that should be shared and passed on to our kids. As nostalgic as they are for myself in watching these as a child, my children also enjoy them... somewhat. Now a days, cartoons and movies are so bright, colorful, loud, and fast-paced, that I find my kids getting bored watching these movies, but I still expose them to the classic Disney flix.

The misses had never seen this so I was like what??! Boom. Hopped on down to the local BB and found it and was like nice! Scooped it up and walked my happy self over to the register. Got it home and didn’t watch it for a week. Finally got it in the player last night and had a grand ol time watching the shenanigans of Pan the man and ol codfish hook. Must see!

Best Buy did an exceptional job with the packaging of this Peter Pan Blu-Ray. The artwork that encircles the sb shows two different points of view for the same pose and really makes the whole thing look nice and uniform. The content is nice too, as all of the legacy extras have been ported over ON DISC (rather than relying on digital).

From the moment I had it on my first VHS it was repeated viewing after viewing along with the rest of the classics. I kept upgrading whenever I could with Peter Pan from DVD to this Blu-ray after missing out on the other edition and I’m happy to have purchased it to redeem my digital copy to my iTunes account.

Wonderful movie! Remember watching it when I was little...gonna make my niece a Disney girl too!

My toddler is starting to love the older Disney movies that I grew up with as a child. It’s nice to be able to get these on blu-Ray from Best Buy. I know the product is guaranteed to be returnable and it hasn’t been treated poorly. I will purchase more of these from Best Buy.
