Rich Color HUE Bulb for Candelabra Base
In order to use HUE in as many rooms (and outdoors) as possible, I changed several light fixtures that had Candelabra sockets to fixtures with the older Medium Base sockets. That enabled me to use HUE bulbs, which were previously only available in the larger size base. Now HUE is also available in the Candelabra base! They are pricey, but these are the smartest & the brightest LED lights available today in this small base. They are bright & the colors are the same as with the "full size" Medium Base HUE bulbs. Lumens: 450 Average Life (hours): 25,000 Shape: E12 Candelabra Energy used: 6-Watt Lumens per watt: 80-Watt Watt Equivalence: 40 Watt These Generation 3 bulbs produce rich multicolor light just like existing Medium Base HUE bulbs & work with the same software & app as the other HUE bulbs & Light Strips. These bulbs, like all HUE products, easily earn my 5-Star Rating!

Awesome but too darn expensive
I've been a big fan of the Hue lights for a long time but have been resisting to get more of them in hopes the prices would come down. No such luck! Nevertheless I already had a Hue Hub which is required to change colors and do all the things you would want so now I just add bulbs. My first Hue lights were the LED Strip lights behind the TV's and really love them. I have them set on a routine to come on in the evening and turn off when we usually go to bed. I put these candle bulbs in the kids rooms in their chandeliers. They absolutely love them. I'd love to get some of the outdoor models for our landscaping next if they would ever go on sale or prices would come down. Overall love these lights and the latest are much better than the 1st generation from a few years ago.
