Q: can you put 2 of these on a 1000 watt amp

A: In a series yes However these are poor subs

Q: Would these subs be okay with a Boss Chaos 1600 watt amp? I'm looking to replace my current subs with these or the kickers CVR but there pricier. I'll have the details of the amp in a pic. But any other suggestions on subs?

A: At 800W RMS @ 2ohms, you would need to think about how to wire the subs. I currently run a parallel with these speakers at 600w @2ohms, which is perfect. these won't be over combed by the wattage, and my amp is just over the RMS rating for its 2ohm range. each are getting 300 watts @ 4ohms because that is how parallel works in the wiring type. I would take a look at some of the clutchfield tutorials for wiring diagrams for different types of subwoofer configurations. Hope this helps others.

    Q: help install

A: well I cant help you but bestbuy has a install shop that you can pay a low price for professional install. im not near you. but its not hard to do it yourself look on youtube they have videos if you want to venture on your own if not then you need to get bestbuy to install or a local shop I don't install these anymore I don't have the patience so I have pros do it now.
