Q: Can the microphone be muted
A: The arm that the microphone is on folds up into the headset. Once you start folding it up, you'll hear a beep and the microphone has a red light at the tip that lights up. So that mutes it automatically. But there's also a mute button right above the volume wheel on the back of the left ear.
A: Unfortunately we don't make an extension cable that would work with our gaming headsets. We have made a wireless headset compatible with the 360. A: Yes you can return the wireless headset if you are not satisfied, but I feel once you try it you will enjoy the quiet noise and clarity it sounds like....
