Q: how is this one different from the XLR version. This one just says triple fan version.

A: Its the same except it doesnt have rgb lighting.

Q: will it run 4k well? and is it used or new? I'm just wondering sense it's one of the only cards in stock and it's also one of the cheapest, and I know that something has to be up :/

A: Yes it can. Im running cyberpunk at max settings, 4k and ray tracing at high and getting 50 to 80 fps. Maybe that wouldnt be good enough for competitive play but as a single player experiance it looks amazing
