• A:Answer There is a USB port on the keyboard. I haven't used it so I don't know the speed. The tablet has a mini-HDMI cable connection on the same side as the power connection. It does use USB C cable for charging, but I don't know if that port also will allow you to connect USB devices in the way many Macbooks can.

• A:Answer It should connect with any Bluetooth audio device that you own. I have connected with my Jam Headset. This is still Window 10 and it works just like any type of computer with the same OS. So, if you have Window 10 on a desktop or a Laptop and your Bluetooth connected with those devices, then the answer should be yes.

Q: QuestionPlease obtain a replacement keyboard for my original one. (No warranty) Not a generic Bluetooth keyboard that BB tried to sell to me (which is too small for my tablet.) Surely you back up your products better than that. Other keyboards won't fit my case.

• A:Answer In Windows, you can tell the computer where new data/photos/applications, etc., are installed. Search the settings (after you have installed an SD card) and then there is a drop down in settings where you can choose where all new things get downloaded and saved - also, when installing new applications, you can create a folder on the SD Card (e.g., Program Files_SD, SD_Programs, etc.) on the card and when asked to install a new program, choose that folder. This might mean you have to uninstall and re-install programs you've already added to the C drive, though.
