- Answer I saw this laptop in the store and it had the backlit keyboard. I took pictures of it and posted them below. I'd go to the store and check it out. I see they didn't post that information but if you do a google search on this model 14M-BA011DX it will show it has the backlit keyboard.

- Answer I was told by the Microsoft rep at Best Buy that the drive is integrated on the Motherboard and can't be expanded or swapped out. This is similar to the technology that is in the Macbook.

QuestionWhat is going on with the price? Literally it was 649 then 699 then 749 with discount to 699 and finally became 749. Yesterday î checked was 699 and was about to buy but boom now it is 749 again...

- Answer Prices go up and down on this laptop. It is better to get it open box and save 10 percent. I was able to get mine for 550 certified.

QuestionI read above that the battery is not replaceable. Does that mean ever? Batteries stop holding their charge. Can it be replaced by the Geek Squad or IT repair professional.

- Answer It absolutely is easily replaced. It's a drop in battery. You should be able to get the spare from HP, and get an it guy to install it.

QuestionCan this laptop handle light video editing? Nothing crazy, no visual effects, just b-roll

- Answer Yes. I I use this for photo editing and video editing for YouTube. Now I don't use a lot of affects and stuff but do basic editing and it will handle it just fine. Maybe a couple hiccups here and there editing where it might lag for a sec when reviewing the video before rendering, but it works great for me.

QuestionHow many USB ports does this have? Per the desc, it appears to be one. We need to connect a thermal label printer and potentially a regular printer for times our office wifi is wonky. If only one USB port, what other product do we need to expand ports?
