A:AnswerNot sure what ear buds you have, but I have found the Powerbeats Pro to be the very best for exercise. I practically never feel them and forget they are on. That is how comfortable they are. They are very tolerant of heavy perspiration and don't slide around. They do tend to disconnect from Youtube more often than I would like, but not enough to choose something else. The sound is not as good as Bose, but they don't have all the other issues with typical earbuds. They are so comfortable in your ears!
A:AnswerSorry for the late answer you just take the device to Geek Squad inside Best Buy tell them what happened they will tell u right then if it can be fixed or replaced I wish you the Best let me know what happens
