A:AnswerThis plan, lets just say you buy a Xbox One Controller with this warranty. Now, lets just say you have it for a couple of months, and you begin to feel that it is not working properly like it use to. You take it in person and then it is exchanged for the same controller or another newer controller. If you exchange it for the same controller you pay nothing and the warranty also goes with that new controller and you warranty basically resets itself again.
A:AnswerI just went and got the Geek Squad protection upon checkout. I honestly really don't even know how to use it if something were to go wrong. I didn't even get a receipt not a paper one anyways when I went to go pick it up I guess it's all in the order number. I'm sorry if that wasn't any help but I guess it's one of those things where you have to figure it out as you go along.
