Will this stand hold a 70 inch tv? null

Hi Bray. We do not recommend mounting anything larger/heavier than what it is stated on the assembly instructions. This TV console was only tested to hold up to most 65" Flat Panel TV's with a maximum weight load of 135 lbs.

It's rated for "Up to 65in". Usually because of 1) Weight and 2) TV Dimensions. A 65in TV just wouldn't fit on a 32in mount. Others have said it works, but if you put a TV larger than what is rated for the mount, you will be S.O.L. when/if it falls, compared to something within its "ratings".
