• A:Answer I got free installation on two radios they wont honor so your wasting your time this is all marketing hype no real level of protection dont trust them i am filing disputes and BBB complaints

Q: QuestionI bought a Sony radio and had a stereo shop install it. The memory works for the radio stations but not for the clock and date. Every time I turn on the radio I have to set the clock and date.

Q: QuestionI purchased this with my new car stereo and install in 2019. My screen recently cracked (reason still clueless to me) and the touch screen and button functionality doesn’t work now. Is this covered? Thanks for the guidance.
