- Answer Download the RokuTv app on your phone, and plug your headphones into there. You should then go to the remote function on the app and press one of the buttons that look like headphones.

- Answer This tv is a smart Tv. It has apps similar to how a smart phone has apps. That being said, you can download apps like Netflix and all you have to do is press a button on your remote to get to it. However, you'd still have to sign up for a Netflix subscription.

QuestionWhich remote control(s), if any, will make it easier to watch cable tv on this set?

- Answer As long as you have a cable/satellite "box", the remote for it should be programmable to control the TV. I have DirecTV and Mediacom, and both remotes control primary functions of the TV (i.e. volume, mute, input & power), and the "cable" remote controls the channels/features of the box. So program remote to control TV, and tuck TV remote away. I have had wonderful experiences with both my Insignia's being able to be controlled by DTV and cable remote. If you don't have a "box" (also called a reciever), this TV remote will allow you to go up & down channels at various speeds to get to your channel of choice

QuestionHi I recently purchased a ROKU TV we set it up and the code we entered did not work. I called the customer support and they informed me the code is expired and I would have to pay $99 US to get another code. I don't want this tv if that's the case.

- Answer My tv set up perfectly the first time. I have never heard of buying a code. I would take it back to Best Buy for an exchange if thats where you purchased it. They are great people to deal with.

- Answer Perhaps do a total factory reset, and make certain you check that channel 3 and 4 are not needed.

- Answer It is not bluetooth enabled as I have tried connecting my bluetooth wireless headphones to it and it has no options to connect it. But you could get a bluetooth adaptor and use it I suppose.

- Answer This is a TV and NOT a computer with software to run continuous video loops via USB. If I want to watch a movie on this TV Roku has a built in player. File formats that I have used include AVI and MP4.

QuestionWill this TV support HDMI CEC on any of the HMDI inputs? If so, how do you get it set so that it will recognize the correct input source. We are trying to get it to automatically recognize the Satelite TV when turned on, but cannot find the correct setup.

- Answer It will always go to the main screen and you click on satellite or what other input you want it will show up on Main or the whole menu every time

QuestionI would like to use Insignia wireless headphones but I have to unplug the jack to get the tv audio back on . Is there a way to have both sources simultaneously so I can just mute the tv and not have to unplug the headphone jack. Thanks all.

- Answer No, there isn't. If you plug in the headphones, it physically disconnects the speakers. You have to use the digital audio output to an external soundbar, etc to use both.

- Answer The easy way I use the USB port is with 120 gb memory stick. But if you have a powered external 2TB, it would work. The key to large storage devices is that they must have adequate power.
