A:AnswerThe protection plan covers repairs or replacement. Call Best Buy and they will walk you through the process and answer any questions you have. I just had my TV replaced because it stopped working a year from purchase, and it was super easy.
A:AnswerI've had the same problem twice. My GE Oven has a mother board and apparently roaches cause the mother board to short out. I've called GE, they are aware of the problem but have no solution and say they have no responsibility.
I am beside myself. GE doesn't offer a solution such as sealing the mother board or making it roach resistant.
A:AnswerI think you can. Geek squad protection is for anything covered in plan, no matter where you purchased it. I dropped an 8 year old laptop, and a 16 year old computer….not purchased at Best Buy’s for repair. Only paid for parts.
A:AnswerIt runs consecutive with the manufacturers warranty but you can take it to the store for drop off repair instead of having to deal with the manufacturer. Then they can deal with the manufacturer for you.
A:AnswerYes. Just take it im amd drop it off. They don't need the box just put it in a large enough box to protect it during transport or wrap it in a towel.
A:AnswerThey will try and repair it first and if that gets too costly they will replace it. I just had my GX series77” oled tv replaced after a failed repair with a G3 series77” oled tv. If they have to replace the whole front panel they will probably replace the tv depending on how much it costs. Hope that helps. Took awhile but all turned out great.
