• Yes with the audio cable that comes with the system or with a RCA Y audio cable with 3.5mm jack. That's if your TV has a headphone jack. Tried both ways and it works.

• Yes, you can if your TV has red & white RCA audio output jacks, which will connect to the corresponding audio inputs on the back of the stereo.
