- Answer Before I say anything, I love my Acer Chromebook C740! Yes, you can load an App for connections to Google Drive, OneDrive, and Dropbox. Works great. You may need to save to the Chromebook Downloads folder first and then move the file(s) to their perspective Cloud locations.

- Answer this is not a windows computer so it will not have Microsoft word. you can use google docs. that is free and is compatible with word in most cases

- Answer Not games that have to be installed on the computer, no. Chromebooks run off apps like an Android phone or tablet. - Answer iTunes doesn't work on Chromebooks, but you can listen to your music collection by moving it to Google Play Music, a free alternative service. This will make your music available for listening over the web on Mac or iOS, PC, Android and Chromebooks.
