A: Before I say anything, I love my Acer Chromebook C740! Yes, you can load an App for connections to Google Drive, OneDrive, and Dropbox. Works great. You may need to save to the Chromebook Downloads folder first and then move the file(s) to their perspective Cloud locations.
A: this is not a windows computer so it will not have Microsoft word. you can use google docs. that is free and is compatible with word in most cases

A: Not games that have to be installed on the computer, no. Chromebooks run off apps like an Android phone or tablet.
