• If the game is available as an app from Chrome web store or Google Play Store, yes.

• Chromebooks are not considered gaming laptops. It can certainly play games that are available from the Google Play Store or Chrome web store, but you cannot download and install games on Chromebooks the way you can with a Windows laptop.
