A:AnswerIt's definitely not as hard as sethg described above. You'll have to remove approximately 12 screws from the bottom of the laptop and then slowly pry off the bottom cover. You'll likely have to use a credit card or other thin plastic object to wedge between the cover and the body of the computer. Just go slow and you'll hear several "popping" or "click" sounds as the cover separates from the computer. You don't have to disconnect the keyboard or any other components.
A:AnswerIt's never a good idea to leave a laptop plugged in constantly. I would unplug it from time to time and let the battery drain. Not necessarily all the way, just enough to fluctuate the percentage.
A:AnswerI removed all of the "bloatware" from my review laptop unit. Therefore, I can only surmise that you'd be able to reformat the hard drive and put whatever OS you wanted to on it. I think the only challenge would be in dealing with Microsoft's licensing.
A:AnswerI have Adobe creative cloud with Lightroom and Photoshop and they both work fine. Only issue is I haven't figure out how to draw in Photoshop on touchscreen.
