This Chromebook does not have a DVDRW and has four USB ports. Specifications are posted here as well: https://www.acer.com/datasheets/2018/4876/CP315-1H/NX.GWGAA.003.html

It does have a USB port but not a disk reader. You connect a portable one via the USB port.

No disc reader but I recall two USB ports.
