QuestionI just received this monitor in the mail on the box it only says AMD Free sync.On Best buy it also said Its G-sync I just want to make sure this is accurate because it is a gift for my son that I will not be opening till its Christmas. Thank you,Jeff

- Answer Yes it is g-sync compatible as well. I was thrown off by the box as well but I was able to go into the nvidia control panel and enable g-sync. I’m thinking it’s one of the monitors that became g-sync compatible after it was released.

QuestionWhy does this say it has a refresh rate from 75-144hz? I mean isn't it best to assume that people would want a higher refresh rate? Why have this range? Does it serve some sort of purpose for choosing the lower refresh rate? Just curious...

- Answer This would be the range for Gsync/freesync. It matches your refresh rate with your fps, this is to eliminate screen tearing. As I understand it you can turn this off and have a set 144hz

QuestionLooking at creating a dual monitor setup. Does this monitor work with most dual monitor stands? Concerned as previous question stated it did not have 'VESA' capability.

- Answer Yeah theres no issue here are two companies that acer recommend to me. Vivo and Humancentric I also made sure to ask if doing this will hurt the monitor in any way he said no they just weren't designed to be mounted. When you buy the adapter just make sure it says its compatible and watch a vid or two on installs.

- Answer I got a 1080Ti and this works wonderfully... just ensure you use DP 1.2 or newer (the monitor brings a 1.2 DP)
