“Is this compatible with the Spectre x360? I have recently purchased one of the new Spectre x360's as well as an HP acive stylus to go with it, though now that I have seen this particular stylus for the x2, I find myself favoring it's design. Is the x2 pen compatible with the Spectre x360 as well?”

NOOO it is not! I was disappointing to find this out. After I was told by the salesman it would work with all spectre devices.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The Spectre x2 uses a different technology for the pen vs the x360. I have both and when the pen becomes available at my local store l plan to buy it and test it out. I will update you on this however I don't believe the two are compatible.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the X2 and I bought an HP active stylus recommended by HP distributor for the X2, which did not work on the X2, but it worked on a friends 360. So most likely this pen will not work on the 360.
