It is note as perfect as Surface stylus but it does the job. Easy to use, no lag, and writes smoothly; I have no complain about it so far. The only issue is that because it works solely with "HP Spectre x2" Tablet, it should be in the Tablet box (Like Microsoft Surface Pro), which is not. So you have to pay extra $60.

Great laptop has lasted me 7 years doing video editing and graphic design work. And has traveled all across the country and has held up. Photo taken 7/17/23, purchased 11/17/16

Works great with HP Spectre X2. Great for Note taking and drawing. Initially skeptical about the compatibility with Spectre X2 but no issues

bought this as a gift for a friend but apparently it is non-compatible with HP Spectre 360x laptops, don't know why because I thought it would be. However, it is a very good looking product overall.

Simple unit, install the battery and use but like all HP products it is specific for the HP Spectre x2.

The stylus is a good idea but the HP systems are very specific as to which one you can use. I had the windows rep at the store help me pick out the stylus and we got the wrong one. after getting the correct one it works in one note quite well but I am not sure it is useful enough for the additional cost

I got this as a gift for my brother and he even picked it out at the store. Unfortunately it was not compatible with his laptop. Thankfully Best Buy was great about returning it and giving me score credit.

Fair warning, HP told me that this pen would work with my HP Spectre 360 model 15-BL112DX but it does not. The pen is likely a fine pen, but it will not work at all (as HP said it would) with 15-BL112DX laptop. You should confirm compatibility before purchase and be sure you can return it if, like me, you were lied to by HP.

I purchased this pen along with a Spectre laptop. I tried to use the pen, but could not get it to connect to my laptop at first and so I put it back in the box. After a couple weeks, I remembered the pen and since I hadn't used it in a couple weeks, I decided to return it. I don't use the notebook feature of my laptop, so this pen just wasn't for me. If you will use the notebook feature and will write or draw often, I'm sure this would be great for you.

When it comes to purchasing pens or styli for your hp touch-screen, beware. This pen was purchased when I purchased my laptop and I was told it was the right one. It didn't work. It didn't work with my hp Specter 2-in-1 either. I called hp, and was told this is wrong pen. So, I ordered a pen directly from hp. It was the wrong one too. Another call to HP, and finally they sent me the correct one for my Spectra x360, but I still don't have a pen that works on my Elite.

I was instructed to order this stylus for my Spectre 360 - turned out not to work. The original person helping me made an incorrect guess. I had to return and order another stylus. I suspect that such errors are common - I can't see realistically how they can be avoided. My follow-up visit was fine. Problem solved,

Nice digital pen. Works pretty well but definitely takes practice to get comfortable with the pressure sensativity and line thickness when both writing and drawing. I also wish that HP did a better job providing a laptop compatibility chart. I bought and had to return 2 other pens before finally finding this one that works with my laptop.

Could be more sensitive. Doesnt compare to the windows pen. But great product anyways. Don't fall for the price though can get it way cheaper somewhere else

Product is the only pen I found that worked well with my HP Spectre 360 computer. The clasp snapped off on day two with very little pressure.

Got this to use with a Lenovo yoga because they failed to mention that the yoga did not come with a Lenovo active pen. While the pen is really cool it's limited use without pen specific programs makes it not as useful as one would hope. Still it's a nice addition.

Thought it was compatible with laptop according to hp website

Bought this for my new HP Spectre 360 and it didn't work. Ended up taking it back. It was a Windows issue though, no fault of HP.

Problem was it was not the right one for the laptop we purchased. Ended up having to return it for another one.

This stylus pen works well and interacts well with the laptop. Would have like it to be longer and thicker. It is small even for a woman's hands.
