I bought the phone (Straight off the peg) and took it home, unboxed it, took out the little red card with the serial number and SIM number, and called their customer support from my house phone. It wasn't too difficult at all to get the number transferred over. The process was mostly out of my hands for a few hours, aside from typing the SIM Number and Serial (Both are on the red card, plain as day.) into the phone when asked by their automated system. Then they transferred me to a live human being who did the rest. They were very polite and patient. Overall, despite my horrific speech impediment, it was not a painful experience! Everything works just fine.
