Yes it does. I switched from Virgin Mobile since they no longer support the phone that I had (Samsung Nokia) through their PAYLO program. They also no longer supported the program I was on that is similar to the one that you provide. Maybe it does not make them enough money since I only use it for emergencies or when my wife and I are separated. Hopefully TRACFONE does not decide to do the same. If so, then I guess we will change to someone else. We are very satisfied with our TRACFONE service. My wife has a more advanced phone. It did not take a long time to set up. I could not roll over my old phone number unless I paid $5 to Virgin Mobile to get my Account number which I thought was a little greedy so I asked for a new number from TRACFONE and got it without a problem. When my wife bought her phone from Best Buy they set it up for her including transfer of her number BUT Best Buy no longer helps to set up your phone and you are left to yourself to do it. The biggest problem turned out to be able to get someone on the line at Virgin Mobile to help. Automated only.
