Please try again later.I just bought a new TracFone and provided you have an online account with them (if not you can set one up easy) than you can not only roll your existing phone time over but you can also keep your old phone number. I didn't expect to do either when I bought a new model so I was tickled pink. Did not need my old TracFone to do it but did need to have online login and of course my old TracFone phone number. Keep in mind though they were both TracFone (old & new) so not sure what you could do if your old phone was by another service provider.
