QuestionIs the ram 4800 or 5200? the dell site says these laptops use ddr5 5200 with options for 5800, but every rep on this page says its 4800. which is it and why is best buy getting slower machines for the same price?

- Answer The ram is DDR5 4800 with these. The BB ones use DDR5 4800 to lower cost, when on sale, buy it on sale. At the time of the sale mine was a few hundred dollars cheaper than direct. I upgraded mine to 32GB Crucial DDR5 5600 along with Samsung 2TB Pros.

- Answer This uses Alienware's "Element 31" which is a propriety thermal interface material. It seems to be liquid metal based with some other stuff thrown in. I think they applied it to both the CPU and GPU!
