“I got this for me PC and the mic works but no audio in the headset. Any idea what might be the cause?”

• I had the same problem at first. There is a little volume wheel by the cord on the left side. When I had first tried them on, the volume was set all the way down. Fiddle with that and it should be fine

• I bought a pair for a friend. There is a volume control on the headset. She told me there was no audio until she found the switch and turned it up.
