Q: QuestionA high-pitched squealing noise keeps happening when my daughter is using this headset with her xbox one. Any idea why?
Asked by wendybayer.
- A:Answer Check if the 3.5 mm headphone jack is plugged all way in
Answered by EquableGamer
Q: QuestionDo you plug it in with the USB or the 3.5 mm jacks? I'm confused about why there are the two different types. Do you choose between them or use all of them together?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer They all work individually. The USB is just for the color-changing lights. One of the 3.5mm jacks is for the mic(the red one) and the other is for the audio(the green one). To use both audio and mic, use the splitter provided. Also, there is a volume wheel right by the cord on the left ear cup for the audio, so make sure that the volume is up when you use it

Q: QuestionI got this for me PC and the mic works but no audio in the headset. Any idea what might be the cause?
Asked by Bon.
- A:Answer I had the same problem at first. There is a little volume wheel by the cord on the left side. When I had first tried them on, the volume was set all the way down. Fiddle with that and it should be fine

Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer You can plug it in the controller but for the lights you have to use the usb in the console.
