Q: Do you plug it in with the USB or the 3.5 mm jacks? I'm confused about why there are the two different types. Do you choose between them or use all of them together?

A: They all work individually. The USB is just for the color-changing lights. One of the 3.5mm jacks is for the mic(the red one) and the other is for the audio(the green one). To use both audio and mic, use the splitter provided. Also, there is a volume wheel right by the cord on the left ear cup for the audio, so make sure that the volume is up when you use it

Q: I got this for me PC and the mic works but no audio in the headset. Any idea what might be the cause?

A: I had the same problem at first. There is a little volume wheel by the cord on the left side. When I had first tried them on, the volume was set all the way down. Fiddle with that and it should be fine

Q: Do you have to actually plug it into the console to get the headset to work, or can you plug it into the controller?

A: You can plug it in the controller but for the lights you have to use the usb in the console.

Q: My headset is plugged into my adapter that I use for my xbox controller cause it’s a older version and the audio cuts out whenever I move the controller a tiny bit. How do I fix it so I can hear the audio when I’m playing my game?

A: Mine ! Mic stopped working so I ordered adapter dual one from Walmart website and changed it because headset is still work the problem is the cord I think so I got new adapter and it started working again for like almost 3 weeks and went crazy again the mic went crazy it’s cheap knock off from China don’t use it or spend money to fix just buy turtle beach or something that’s what I did with warranty from Best Buy for total $50 with tax and everything warranty is for 3 years or 2 years :)

Q: Does it work with a Nintendo switch

A: Yes, this works with Nintendo switch
