“Is it possible to program the mono for phone calls to be thru the Right side, not the left? I have hearing loss on my Left and mono feed on that side would not work/would be a deal breaker for me”

I have not found it to be possible. These headphones do not have any controls other than a single button to power on/off/answer calls.
