Will have to try and answer this but by bit. I tried an SD card after saving video and photos but I couldn’t get it to open or acknowledge the card (had to be user error on my end). But the photos go into the media directory. I tried to add folders in the directory but couldn’t do it. I transferred video and pics. I then op-tested it and it played the video, then it showed the pictures then played the other video I placed into the directory. The order seemed to follow its placement within the directory. My files were MP4 I believe and it played fine.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.In general it is better to upload video to the frames internal memory. Photos in jpg or jpeg format can be played from the SD card. The frame does not see or organize folders, but it will play the photos in the folder. It will generally play photos in a sequential order. In some cases, depending on the frame, you can number your photos and that can help.
