QuestionI understand the width is 30”. The space between my cabinets is 30 1/8” but the cabinet face creates a slightly narrower opening at 29 7/8”, at a depth of about 11 3/4”. Does the front of the microwave measure a true 30”? If so, this may not work.

QuestionMy glass turntable doesn't fit and so it wobbles when heating food. It does not fit on the little bracket in the bottom f the microwave. I've tried readjusting - nothing works. Any suggestions, comments?

- Answer Hi Marsha, If you have the small ring that the glass plate sits on (it has three little wheels on it) make sure that is in position. If it is in position and the glass turntable still wobbles then that is because the drive unit is sticking out too far. Had this happen on another unit and it was a manufacturing error. Blessings,

- Answer Hello Mercieme1! Programming tones and signals. Programming tones may be turned off or all tones (including end-of-function signals) may be turned off. To turn off programming tones, touch and hold number pad “1” for about 3 seconds, until a confirmation tone sounds. Repeat to turn back on programming tones. To turn off all tones, touch and hold number pad “2” for about 3 seconds, until a confirmation tone sounds. Repeat to turn back on all tones.

- Answer I would think yes. I had a Kenmore (not sure which model) but all above-stove microwaves are pretty much standard size to fit cabinet openings.

QuestionCan this microwave be mounted under a cabinet over the counter top

- Answer Yes. There is a metal wall bracket that needs to be screwed to the wall. Then there is 2 screws that need to be screwed thru the upper cabinet. As long as you have room between upper cabinet and the countertop, it should work. Good Luck.

QuestionLight will not turn off completely on the bottom of the microwave. It will go from Bright to medium too low but doesn't turn off completely too dark. If you can help me out I sure would appreciate it. Bought Aug 2022. covered under total tech??? Thanks!
