A:AnswerI have seen this happen on my Auto Echo also. It normally happens when you get into a poor cellphone signal spot and Alexa cannot connect to the internet then. You may have to wait for it to restart or just turn off the echo and restart it after a few minutes.. It is very similar to what happens with your Satellite radio signal....
A:AnswerGood morning. A WORKING Alexa app must be on your cellphone for the Alexa Auto Echo to work properly. The Echo Auto does not have cellphone capability built in so it has to connect to the internet somehow. The Alexa Echo normally connects to your phone through the Bluetooth interface on your phone and then the phone connects to the outside world through its cellular connection. I have it and love it.
A:AnswerOut of curiosity, when what says unavailable?
1. Is the Alexa Echo paired to your phone through the bluetooth connection as described in the instructions?
2. Does your phone have a working Amazon Alexa app installed?
3. Do you have a decent cellphone signal, at lest 2 bars?
ANY of these questions that have NO for an answer will give you an Unavailable.
Hope this helps you to troubleshoot your problem.
