• A:Answer Plug it in and then hold down the on/off button for about thirty seconds and release wait about ten seconds. Hold down the on button about ten seconds and then release wait to see if the amazon logo appears after about ten seconds. If so its re-booting the whole kindle fresh. Good luck! and lemme know.
