- Answer You must have a wifi provider at your home. Once connected you enter your wifi information into the fire stick and you can begin using it

QuestionDo i need speakersfor my Fire Stick to work on my Sony Bravia TV?The TV is and LCD tv and over ten years old. I plugged the stick in and everything work but the audio. I can not change the video channel it is set to. My tv is not muted. The setting on the Fire stick is 2.0 and Doley plus off.

- Answer Once you have the stick connected and powered on, go down to settings and then right click over to network. Select your wifi id and enter your password. If everything is correct it will say connected. Done!

QuestionDoes it store passwords for WPA/WPS protected wifi or do youu have to keep entering themMy current DVD streaming device constantly loses connection and I have to go through the process of reenteing the lengthy password everytime I lose the connection. The device hasn't hard memory only active memory. Does this stick have memory for passwords?

- Answer The Device has 8 GB of storage, so saves Wifi Connections including passwords. The rest of the storage is used for various applications The only type of network it cannot connect to are the kind that require a webpage login (although a future firmware upgrade will fix this)
