Hi, i don't understand what you mean by wifi account. If your kindle is wifi only then you can connect to any available wifi network at any location.

You can connect it to any free WiFi hotspots or the home WiFi... if you are not able to then you can load books using computer, don’t even have to connect it to WiFi. Don’t know if I answered your question... refer to the photo attached, I am connected to Xfinitywifi public hotspot
