- Answer Forgot to turn my key into the neutral position and left my parking lights on my Scrambler 1100 on long enough to fully drain the battery. Bought this on sale at Best Buy and it jumped it right up, no problem. The voltage is fine. Had to take it to Ducati for service about a month or two after. They checked. Everything was good. Hope that helps!

- Answer Doubt it. Does your diesel engine have 2 batteries? Diesels are high compression engines by design and need a lot of 'juice' to turn over.

QuestionI have anker jumper all charged up, needed to use it today my battery would not start my car so I installed the jumper the green light was on, tried to start and would not roll over? checked the cables it they where beeping and red light was flashing ?

- Answer Exactly, you hook it to the dead battery, turn your car, and TA-DAAAAA, you can start it. You are going to be surprised, how many times you can use it. My car is a V6 and I was able to start it on a trip more than 6 times. So, a regular car you would start it maybe 10 times, and a Diesel one, maybe 4.

- Answer Amps are in 500 range , it says it will start a Diesel engine and that takes power. I’ve used two times and still have full charge.

QuestionWhat is the size/capacity of this jump starter/battery? Most airlines will allow a battery pack that is maximum 20,000 mAh. As of September 2019 they allow two packs each no more than the size mentioned and only in carry on. Not in checked bag. Thank you

QuestionI got this 2 days ago and a fully charged it and now I used it to charge my phone. And it dropped to 25% is it supposed to do that? Like is it supposed to die that fast?

- Answer It's only 8000mah which may not seem like a lot of power but to me its 8 Amps which is no joke especially the the DC world. However if you are putting a constant drain on the battery it will depend on the current draw as to how much drain is occurring and battery life. Hope that helps.
