Q: QuestionCan these be used one at a time like the Apple AirBuds? IE, use the left one until the battery gets low then charge it and and while it's charging, use the right one.

• A:Answer This is the only issue I have with this product, you have to have the right earbud out. The left earbud works off the right earbud, therefore you can't use the left one independently.

• A:Answer Yes they can. Place and hold a finger on the sensor on either bud and wait for the audible indicator to sound. The tone you hear sounds like something powering down.

• A:Answer Yes they can be worn in the shower. I have tested this. And it’s actually not bad sounding. But I would recommend drying them off when you are done. Also you should use the ear wings because they do slip off in wet eat canals. But what do I know I’m just a flying potato.

• A:Answer Each earplug can be toggled on or off independently, on the earplug with no sound try placing your finger on the flat of the earplug for a few seconds to turn it on and see if it resolves your issue.

If you happen to have only one earbud makes a sound, please try the tips below. We now have two versions of this item, and the serial number (SN) is located in different places on the different versions. The SN looks something like "SN: ABC123XXX". - If the serial number is printed inside the charging case, search "h0g9UZIEgJo" on YouTube for detailed steps on how to reset the headphones. Make sure there is a red light flashing 3 times after you hold down the touchpad for 7 seconds. - If the serial number is printed on the charging cable that came with your earbuds, please search "4rNVJooT1KU" on YouTube to follow the detailed steps to reset the headphones. Make sure there is a red light flashing once when you quickly tap the touchpad on the earbud 4 times, which means the reset was successful.
