QuestionI have this antenna but cables to short to read the window it just sit behind the tv ,it don't read the window at ,the tv said no signal

- Answer Buy a long cable coax extension with an adaptor so you can "marry" the new cable to the existing one that comes with the antenna. Place the antenna outside (preferably up in the air away from building structures).

- Answer Unfortunately, the Geek Squad does not install antennas, however you can call a local antenna installer. They usually have great prices depending on your installation needs.

- Answer Actually, the ClearStream 2MAX does not include coaxial cable. We do not include coaxial cable with our outdoor antennas because everyone needs varies lengths and we do not want people to pay for a standard size coaxial cable when they may need a longer or shorter coax cable. Longer coaxial cable runs may require additional equipment.

- Answer With a metal layer on the roof, blocking the reception I would highly recommend you do a trial and error. I am against putting holes in the roof, I have attempted to attic route, and found success. I would highly recommend ClearStream Antenna. Maybe the 4 Max because you are 55 miles away, and make sure you point it in the direction of towers for best reception.

Questiondo you have to run electrical power to the antenna?

- Answer No. There are options in the market to add signal strength boosters that require electricity but are likely not needed unless you need long cable runs or plan to split the signal to multiple TVs. I hooked mine up to the powered distribution splitter the cable company previously installed to boost their signals within my home.

- Answer It does come with a mast for outside settings (Don’t know the exact length but should be good) and a stand if you want to use inside which I do and works really good and get clear reception
