QuestionMy monitor only goes up to 144 hz even though its 165 hz. I updated the graphic drive and monitor in device manager but its still not working. The hdmi is also in the correct spot. how do I fix it??? I have iBUYPOWER TraceMesh i7-13700F NVIDIA GeForce RTX

- Answer Using HDMI is usually the culprit here. Use the display port instead.

- Answer This monitor model, CQ32G3SE supports a sync technology of Freesync Premium. However, GEforce now supports FreeSync monitors. You may need to reach out to NVIDIA, who developed FreeSync drivers for their G-sync Graphics cards. QuestionHello, What type of keyboard and mouse do you recommend to use with this? We tried the wireless but there is no where to hook the chip into the monitor? Thanks!

- Answer The monitor itself does not have USB ports for connecting a wireless keyboard and mouse dongle. Instead, you’ll need to plug the dongle into a USB port on your PC or laptop. If you prefer a wired setup, any USB or Bluetooth keyboard and mouse will work as long as your computer supports them. For gaming, I’d recommend a mechanical keyboard like the Keychron K6 (wireless and wired) and a gaming mouse like the Logitech G502 for a responsive experience. If you're looking for a budget-friendly option, Logitech's MK270
