• To get the stereo effect you should use both ear pieces. Otherwise you can use only one earpiece.

• I don’t believe so. When you take one out of your ear, it pauses the music, from my limited experience, it appears that you have to use both together for them to work properly.

• Yes, you can use just one if you want to. I haven’t tried leaving one at home, but we have tried leaving one in the case, and it worked perfectly.
