• iPhone will display a message if you’re moving with an AirTag that isn’t yours. Don’t know if other types of phones will.

• Your iPhone is gonna detect that an air tag has been following you and it’s gonna send you a notification. And yes, it works internationally as long as there’s an iPhone near by
