A:AnswerI believe if you have an iCloud account that you can log into off the iPod 4 and back all your songs up to that, then on the new iPod 7 you log into same account and ask to sync it will pull down your songs, playlists and library's; along with pictures. iHelp or even google search has helped me in the past figure out where to find the option of sync, restore, backup ect.. I did mine thru iTunes as my iPod 6 would change anymore but I had a backup there, which when I connected the iPod 7 I chose to restore and moved everything I had on the iPod 6 to the new iPod 7.
