It comes with everything you mention preinstalled so you won't have to do anything when you take it out of the box.
It's also got numbers, imovie, photos...
The only software Apple asks you to buy separately nowadays is Pro stuff like FinalCut.
With everything else you're covered.
In fact, if these are the only products you need you'll never pay for software or upgrades again.
(And they say Apple is expensive. LOL.)
