What year computer is this? null

The one I received is 'MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Late 2013)' - per 'About this Mac'.

It appears to be a 2017-2018 model. There is no control bar above the keyboard. All other functionality is fine. Great starter for Mac beginner or anyone who is watching cost.
