• YES...but you'll probably never actually use it. Hindsight being 20/20, I would have gotten a Macbook Air instead. This thing feels like a ton of bricks after a while

• Yes it does have CD/DVD, however it does not play blue ray DVDs

• The Macbook Pro has a cd drive, while the Air does not. The Air is so light and thin that there is no room for a cd drive. The air does still have USB ports though.

• No. No modern laptops have disc drives. You have thinner devices that have longer lasting batteries without CD drives. If you need one you can buy a usb superdrive or other external disc drive.
