• A:Answer Yes, you should be able to. Start your app on the iPad, and then screen mirror it to your Apple tv, or, screen mirror to your iPhone, MacBook, anything in the Apple universe. If you are using android, this will not work with Apple Tv. Android and IOS don't like each other. The work around for something like that is a USB cable directly to your tv.

• A:Answer I also live in a rural area with 12/3 internet. It will work for Netflix or other lower res content. It does NOT help with buffering beyond what any other less costly unit like Roku can do for you. For movies, I rent them on my iPhone and download them to the phone overnight for viewing later. You can easily stream from the phone to the Apple TV.
