A:AnswerIf you have perfect lighting and camera has very little activity it might be possible
The one I bought was a waste of money because with moderate activity and very good sunlight it could not keep camera charged
A:AnswerOne camera. However I didn’t receive all of the mounting hardware. Please check all of the items in the box before you leave. It’s been a month of waiting after three phone calls and two emails. And I still have not received the items I need to mount the camera.
A:AnswerYes, it will work through a window and walls. However the further you place the camera from the base, the lower the signal. I have one about 30 feet and through one wall and then one window and it works fine and has 2 of 3 bars. The one nearest the base, about 10 feet and no walls or window, has 3 bars. The manufacture says with no walls or windows you can go 300 feet, but once you add walls, (windows don't affect them much), then you loose signal, as line of sight is strongest.
A:AnswerDuring daylight it would work. During the night it would capture reflections from light in the room. Window screens would also impact video quality.
A:AnswerPlease be aware the wifi length limit for these cameras is not very long. If you're looking to cover a large area you may want to look for a different product. Also, the individual cameras don't come with a charging cable, and the cameras in the multi camera pack only come with a single charging cable. That means you would only have one cable for all those cameras, a lot of taking down cameras to recharge one by one. Unless you want to buy alot of extra cables.
A:AnswerI bought the Solar panels from Amazon and made by Wasserstein. You can get 2 for $75. They keep my batteries fully charged all the time. The ones you can plug in to a wall outlet are also very desirable. Otherwise get the dual charger and a couple of extra batteries as traffic will shorten the battery life considerably.
I got these for surveillance and I got Simply Safe for the keypad ALARM system. The two systems work great and I don't need to pay for a service on either one of them, (I am on social security and can't afford the monthly service fees).
Love my system and with the correct measures battery life should not be a problem.
