- Answer Hi Susan, There's a reset button on the backside of the device located on the top side (it can be used to perform a factory reset of the device). If you want to restart the device, simply unplug the power cable and then unplug it again

QuestionHave not seen any questions regarding the Arris modem management. Is there a GUI where you can reset just the WIFI or look at and or block WIFI connections, reset the password, clear the modem config etc.
