We have entered user name and passcode on the printers manually and still can't get a NEW Canon printer or an old HP to connect wirelessly. What do you do to make the printer work via with the wi-fi this has? We can connect all other wifi devices. null

I had a similar issue. I discovered the router defaulted to a security/encryption level that was different from my older wireless printer. Once I changed the security settings on the router to match printer, it connected immediately.

I ended up having to create a new a new name and password for my network and switch all devices over.
and if it doesn't recognize that unplug the printers and plug
them in.
